Sometimes on newer bathtubs, showers, and sinks there is damage such as a chip or crack only in a small area. We can repair porcelain, fiberglass, or acrylic.We first repair the damage. Chips and cracks are filled and patched. The damaged area is then sanded sooth to make the repair area flush with the original surface. We then find a colored resin of our coatings that comes as close to the color of the bathtub or shower as possible. The resin is then mixed with catalyst and applied over the repaired area using an airbrush.
We may not be able to make the repair completely invisible. However, our goal is to make the repair such that, it would take someone several minutes to find the repair if they were told to look for it, and didn't know where the damage had been.
